Trail Running or Elevation Training Camp
Our 7-day training camps follow a slightly different rhythm compared to our shorter camps. The exact flow depends on the mission or goal of that specific week, the season, and the terrain conditions
A 7-day camp may look like a Sembalun 7 Summits Edition or a Two-Region Trail Running Edition covering multiple areas of Lombok.
What to expect for example of a 7-Day Sembalun 7 Summits Training Camp:
