Our 7-day training retreats follow a slightly different rhythm compared to our shorter retreats. The exact flow depends on the mission or goal of that specific week, the season, and the terrain conditions.
A 7-day retreat may look like a Sembalun 7 Summits Edition or a Two-Region Trail Running Edition, covering multiple areas of Lombok.
