This is a physically demanding retreats where every view is earned — designed

to build resilience, technical confidence, and a deep sense of accomplishment.

Athletes preparing for technical trail races (including UTMB-style events), and experienced mountain runners who enjoy sustained climbing, meaningful elevation gain, and time spent moving deep in the mountains.

Our 7-day training retreats follow a slightly different rhythm compared to our shorter retreats. The exact flow depends on the mission or goal of that specific week, the season, and the terrain conditions.

A 7-day retreat may look like a Sembalun 7 Summits Edition or a Two-Region Trail Running Edition, covering multiple areas of Lombok.
