Trail Running or Elevation Training Retreats
Our 7-day training retreats follow a slightly different rhythm compared to our shorter retreats. The exact flow depends on the mission or goal of that specific week, the season, and the terrain conditions.
A 7-day retreat may look like a Sembalun 7 Summits Edition or a Two-Region Trail Running Edition covering multiple areas of Lombok.
What to expect for example of a 7-Day Sembalun 7 Summits Training Retreats:
- A peak-focused week
- Some days include two summits
- Ridgeline traverses
- Big views, big climbs and big accomplishments
What to expect from a Two-RegionTrail Running Edition:
- Runnable savannas and ridgelines
- Flow trails
- Waterfall routes
- Coastal or rice fields sections
- A blend of speed, strength and exploration
Both options include:
- Daily guided movement
- Recovery blocks
- Cultural connection
- A signature long route
- Breakfast, lunches and dinners with crew
- Welcome and closing activities
